Cajun Seasoning Description
Lightly coat chicken, fish or beef with vegetable oil, coat generously with seasoning. Pan fry or barbecue, traditionally until blackened. Good for sprinkling on roast potatoes and adding to dressings.
This seasoning includes paprika, onion, garlic, chilli, fennel and thyme for a spicy addition to meat or fish.
- Ideal when added to dipping sauces.
- Sprinkle over meat, poultry, fish, seafood or vegetables.
- Add to orange juice and use as a marinade.
