Onion Flakes Description
Onion Flakes are made from freshly harvested onions which are chopped and dried.
A universal cooking spice. One tablesppon is equivalent to one medium onion. Softens when moist. Use 1-2 teaspoons in mashed potato, meatloaf or risotto. Also good for salad dressing and stuffing.
