MasterFoods Freshly Crushed Garlic

MasterFoods Freshly Chopped Ginger
1/4 tsp
 
MasterFoods Chinese Five Spice
1/4 tsp
 
Cabbage

Preparation

  1. Place pork mince in a large bowl.
  2. Add sugar, MasterFoods Soy Sauce, mushrooms and chestnuts. Mix well.
  3. Heat wok, add a little vegetable oil and stirring, cook pork lightly.
  4. Add MasterFoods Seasoned Pepper, MasterFoods Freshly Crushed Garlic, MasterFoods Freshly Chopped Ginger, MasterFoods Chinese Five Spice and cabbage.
  5. Mix well and continue cooking just until cabbage is soft.
  6. Lightly beat egg white and brush edges of wrapper.
  7. Fold front edge over filling, then left and right edges of skin.
  8. Roll to form a tight package.
  9. Brush with extra egg white if necessary.
  10. Deep fry until golden. Drain.
  11. Rolls can be cut diagonally into serving pieces or served whole.
