Chinese Cabbage

Leeks

chopped 
Shallots (or Spring Onions)

Preparation

  1. Heat oil in a wok or deep frypan.
  2. Add MasterFoods Freshly Crushed Garlic and MasterFoods Freshly Chopped Ginger, cook for a few seconds.
  3. Add the chopped vegetables and cook, stirring for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the water, MasterFoods Vegetable Concentrated Liquid Stock, MasterFoods Soy Sauce and MasterFoods Freshly Chopped Chilli.
  5. Cover and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  6. Move vegetables to one side.
  7. Mix 2 teaspoons cornflour with enough water to form a paste.
  8. Add the cornflour paste.
  9. Stir until it thickens.
  10. Mix vegetables in the sauce and serve.
