MasterFoods Black Peppercorns Whole
1 pinch
 
Lettuce
200 gm
Mesclum Leaves 
Tomato(es)
200 gm
Grape, Halved 
Avocado
2 whole
Halves, Stones Removed, Peeled, Chopped 
Shallots (or Spring Onions)
3 whole
Trimmed and Chopped 
Lemon Juice
1 tbsp
Fresh

Cut Into Wedges To Serve 

Preparation

  1. Preheat barbecue grill or chargrill on high.
  2. Combine the prawns, parsley, MasterFoods Cajun Seasoning and olive oil in a large bowl.
  3. Season with MasterFoods Sea Salt and MasterFoods Black Peppercorns.
  4. Cook the prawns on the preheated barbecue or chargrill for two minutes each side or until changed in colour and just cooked through.
  5. Transfer to a bowl and cover loosely with foil to keep warm.
  6. To make the avocado salad, place the lettuce, tomatoes, avocado and green shallots in a large bowl.
  7. Drizzle with remaining olive oil and lemon juice.
  8. Toss gently to combine.
  9. Serve Cajun Prawns with avocado salad and lemon wedges.
