Round Steak

or Scotch Fillet cut into 2cm pieces 
Green Capsicum

deseeded & cut into 2cm pieces 
Yellow Capsicum

deseeded & cut into 2cm pieces 
Olive Oil
2 tbsp
 
MasterFoods Cajun Seasoning
2 tsp
 
Pineapple(s)
1 small
diced 
Lebanese Cucumber

diced 
Red Onion
1 small
finely chopped 
Mint Leaves (Fresh)
2 tbsp
chopped 
Red Chilli(s)
1 small
deseeded & finely chopped 
Lime Juice
2 tbsp
 

Preparation

  1. Soak 8 bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes.
  2. Thread the skewers with 4 pieces of meat and 2 pieces each of green and yellow capsicum.
  3. Brush the kebabs with olive oil and sprinkle with the cajun seasoning.
  4. Cook the beef kebabs on a barbeque plate or grill for 3-4 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
  5. Combine the pineapple, lebanese cucumber, red onion, mint, chilli and lime juice in a bowl and mix together. Serve with kebabs.
