MasterFoods Soy Sauce

Red Capsicum

Broccoli
1 bunch
cut into pieces 
Baby Corn
1 punnet
halved 

Preparation

  1. Place the noodles in a bowl of hot water for 1-2 minutes or until the noodles are just tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. Dry-fry the almonds in a wok for 1-2 minutes or until golden. Remove and set aside.
  3. Heat the oil in the wok. Add the beef and onion and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Add the Chinese beef stir-fry, soy sauce, water, red capsicum, broccoli and baby corn. Cook for 4-5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. Add the noodles and almonds and cook until heated through.
