Preparation

  1. Dissolve the gelatine in the hot water, stir briskly with fork.
  2. Boil together the cream, sugar and scraped vanilla bean seeds.
  3. Boil together the cream, sugar and scraped vanilla bean seeds. Allow to simmer for 1 minutes. Pour in dissolved gelatine.
  4. Pour into 4 x 125ml moulds and allow to set in the refrigerator. Serve with freshly chopped mango and passionfruit puree.
