breast or thigh fillet, sliced

Carrot(s)

Snow Peas
100 gm
top and tailed 
Rice (Jasmine)
4 cup(s)
or Noodles to serve 

Preparation

  1. Heat oil in a large frying pan or wok. Add onion and chicken and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add carrot, snow peas and marinade and cook a further 2-3 minutes.
  3. Cook rice or noodles according to pack instructions and serve.
