Rice (UNCLE BEN'S)

Whole Egg  Mayonnaise
1 tbsp
 
MasterFoods Soy Sauce
4 tbsp
 
Vegetable Oil

MasterFoods Squeeze Sweet Chilli Sauce

Preparation

  1. Place a small amount of combined cheese, ham and MasterFoods Whole Egg Mayonnaise in the centre of the rice.
  2. Top with a little more rice.
  3. Mould into small balls.
  4. Dust balls in combined flour, salt and MasterFoods Ground Black Pepper to taste.
  5. Dip in egg, then breadcrumbs.
  6. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  7. Deep fry a few balls at a time in hot oil.
  8. Drain on crumpled kitchen paper.
  9. Serve with MasterFoods Sweet Thai Chilli Sauce and MasterFoods Soy Sauce for dipping.
  10. Saucepan must not be filled more than 2/3 full, to prevent accidents.
