Tomato(es)

Tuna

aborio rice

Preparation

  1. In a saute pan, heat the olive oil and add the MasterFoods Rosemary Leaves, MasterFoods Freshly Chopped Chilli, MasterFoods Freshly Crushed Garlic and onion.
  2. Cook over a high heat until the vegetables are soft and the aroma of the MasterFoods Freshly Chopped Chilli and MasterFoods Rosemary Leaves is noticable.
  3. Add the Aborio Rice and stir well to coat each grain of rice in the oil.
  4. Add the wine and simmer over high heat until the liquid has been absorbed and the alcoholic aroma has disappeared.
  5. With the first addition of stock, add the flaked tuna, Sun-dried Tomato Pesto, canned tomatoes and MasterFoods Parsley Flakes, and continue to stir and simmer until all liquid has been absorbed.
  6. Continue adding stock ladle by ladle, allowing each to be absorbed before adding the next addition.
  7. Once you have added the last addition of stock, remove the pan from the heat and add half the sour cream.
  8. Garnish with a small dollop of remaining sour cream, tomatoes and shallots.
