Capsicum (Red)

roasted, peeled, in strips 
Lemon Rind
1 whole

DOLMIO Creamy Tomato Pasta Sauce
600 gm
 
Filo Pastry
10 sheets
 

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Saute the leeks in oil until soft.
  3. Add the mushrooms and capsicum strips and cook 5 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with MasterFoods Dill Leaf Tips, lemon rind, and juice.
  5. Season to taste, and mix in couscous.
  6. Pour in DOLMIO Creamy Tomato Pasta Sauce, add the pink salmon, and mix thoroughly.
  7. Make 2 fillo rolls by brushing 5 sheets of fillo with melted butter for each roll.
  8. Place half of the mix on each sheet and roll up lengthways to form 2 fillo logs.
  9. Tuck in the ends. brush each roll with remaining butter and bake for 30 minutes, or until golden.
  10. Serve with extra DOLMIO Creamy Tomato Pasta Sauce.
