MasterFoods Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp
 
Light Olive Oil
1 cup(s)
 
Vegetable Oil
1 cup(s)
 
Salt & Pepper to Taste
1 pinch
 

Preparation

  1. Place the juice, eggs and MasterFoods Dijon Mustard into the bowl of a food processor or blender.
  2. Process for 15 seconds.
  3. With the motor running, very slowly pour the oils through the feed tube.
  4. Process until the mayonnaise has thickened.
  5. Transfer to a bowl and fold in the tangelo zest.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use.
