Preparation

  1. In a saucepan simmer potatoes and pumpkin for 10 minutes, then drain.
  2. Fry in vegetable oil with onions, carrots, green beans and lamb strips until meat is browned and onions tender.
  3. Remove from pan and set aside.
  4. In same fry pan heat MasterFoods Turmeric, MasterFoods Garam Masala, MasterFoods Freshly Crushed Garlic and MasterFoods Freshly Chopped Chilli stirring for about 1 minute.
  5. Add tomatoes, MasterFoods Freshly Chopped Ginger, green chillies and salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Cook until tomatoes are pulpy.
  7. Return vegetables and lamb to pan.
  8. Cook until potatoes are soft.
  9. Serve sprinkled with MasterFoods Coriander Leaves.
