A burger to make your belly dance!

  • 4 servings Hummous, Grilled Eggplant & Chilli Sauceto serve
  • 800 gm Beef Mince
  • 1/2 cup(s) Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp Butterunsalted
  • 150 ml Chicken Stockboiling
  • 1/2 bunch Coriander (Fresh)chopped
  • 150 gm Cous Cous
  • 1 1/2 tsp Masterfoods® Moroccan Seasoning
  • 1 pinch MasterFoods® Sea Salt & Pepper
  • 1 bunch Parsley (Fresh)chopped finely
  1. Combine the mince, onion, coriander, Masterfoods Moroccan Seasoning, egg and breadcrumbs in a large bowl and mix thoroughly until smooth. Form into patties, then cook on a medium barbecue grill for 4 minutes each side, until well-browned.
  2. Whisk the couscous, stock and butter in a small saucepan and cook briefly, then set aside to absorb. Fold in the parsley, chilli, lemon zest and juice and tomatoes, then season with salt and pepper.
  3. Smear the Turkish buns with hummous, then place the eggplant and tabouleh on top, then finish with the cooked patties and chilli sauce.
