  1. Add to a food processor or blender MasterFoods Freshly Crushed Garlic, lemon juice, egg yolks, MasterFoods Dijon Mustard, white pepper and salt. Process until smooth.
  2. With machine running, gradually add olive oil in a steady stream.
  3. Continue blending until sauce is thick and glossy.
  4. Store in the refrigerator covered with plastic wrap until ready to use.
