500g lean beef mince 1 zucchini (100g) 4 tbspn No added salt tomato paste (80g) 2 carrots (200g) 200g green beans
1. Make rissoles - combine beef mince, Recipe Base tomato paste, plain flour and zucchini. Mix thoroughly. 2. Portion mix into 10 evenly sized rissoles. 3. Heat canola spray in on stick pan, cook rissoles on a medium heat. 4. Cook carrots and green beans.
