Method
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Lightly grease a 12 x capacity muffin tray.
  2. Place chocolate, butter, sugar and vanilla bean in a saucepan and cook over medium heat until butter and chocolate melts and sugar dissolves. Leave to cool 10 minutes.
  3. Remove vanilla bean from mixture and whisk in eggs. Gently fold in flour and raspberries until just combined. Spoon mixture into prepared pan to fill each hole to three quarters full.
  4. Sprinkle with vanillin sugar and bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked.
