Whole Thai Fish

Fish Fillets (Boneless),MasterFoods Lemon Pepper Seasoning,Plain Flour,Olive Oil,Sweet Thai Dip,MasterFoods Sea Salt,MasterFoods Black Peppercorns Ground,
  1. Cut (or score) 3 openings on each side of the fish to allow the flavours to penetrate.
  2. Sprinkle with MasterFoods Lemon Pepper Seasoning and coat with the plain flour.
  3. Heat the olive oil in an electric frying pan lined with baking paper.
  4. Add the fish (2 at a time) to the frying pan and cook on high for 5 minutes.
  5. Turn the fish and coat with Sweet Thai Dip.
  6. Season with MasterFoods Sea Salt and MasterFoods Black Peppercorns Ground while cooking.
  7. Cook for a further 8 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.
  8. Serve on a bed of jasmine rice, garnished with sliced cucumber, shallots and fresh chopped coriander.
