Zucchini, Corn and Bacon Frittata

  • 6 Bacon Rasherschopped
  • 310 gm Corn Kernels, canneddrained
  • 5 Egg(s)
  • 2 tsp Masterfoods® Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Masterfoods Rosemary Leaves
  • 1 pinch MasterFoods Sea Salt & Pepperto taste
  • 1/4 cup(s) Milk
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Onion(s)chopped
  • 1/2 cup(s) Tasty Cheesegrated
  • 2 large Zucchini(s)sliced
Olive Oil,MasterFoods Garlic,Onion(s),Bacon Rashers,Zucchini(s),Egg(s),Milk,Tasty Cheese,MasterFoods Rosemary Leaves,MasterFoods Sea Salt & Pepper,Corn Kernels, canned,
  1. Heat oil in a large non-stick frying pan. Add garlic, onion, bacon, and zucchini and saute until golden.
  2. Mix together eggs, milk, cheese, rosemary and salt and pepper. Pour over zucchini mixture.
  3. Sprinkle over corn and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Place under a grill and grill for a further 3-5 minutes or until browned.
