2 cups (500 g) mussels

2 cups (400 g) pippies

2 calamari tubes sliced finely

2 cups (200 g) green prawns (peeled and cleaned with tails on)

1 jar MasterFoods™ Seafood Cocktail Sauce

2 Tbsp sriracha sauce

1 Tbsp mayonnaise

Lemon wedges to serve
Method

Wash and prepare your Seafood. Steam gently to just cooked. Approximately 20 minutes. The seafood can be served hot or cold to your liking.

Mix the MasterFoods™ Seafood Cocktail Sauce with the sriracha sauce and mayonnaise to your level of spiciness.

Serve poolside in a wide dish or bucket for fun with greaseproof paper on the bottom, lemon wedges, and the spicy sauce.
