Turmeric Salmon Bowls with Garlic Yoghurt and Rice

Ingredients
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp MasterFoods Turmeric Powder
  • 2 tbsp MasterFoods Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp MasterFoods Onion Powder
  • 4 cups Spinach (cooked)
  • 4 cups microwave or pre-cooked rice
  • 1 cup Yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp MasterFoods Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp cracked pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt

Method
  1. Coat the salmon with the oil and place on a hot chargrill plate.
  2. Sprinkle the fillets with a mix of the MasterFoods Turmeric, Garlic and 1 tbsp Onion powder.
  3. Chargrill the salmon on both sides till cooked through.
  4. Cut into 1 inch strips. Mix the yoghurt with the remaining (1tbsp) MasterFoods Garlic Powder, pepper and salt.
  5. In a bowl place in sections the rice, spinach, salmon and yoghurt.
  6. Serve with flatbreads and MasterFoods Mango Chutney
