A rich oriental style sauce, great for a stir-fry combining the flavour of sweet Plum with sharp soy.

What you'll need

  • Oil
  • Beef
  • Onion
  • Capsicum
  • Bok Choy 
  • Rice

Directions

  1. Heat canola spray in wok and cook beef and onion until brown.
  2. Add capsicum and cook until soft.
  3. Add bok choy and recipe base, stir through and then allow to simmer for 5 mins.
  4. Serve with cooked rice.
