What you'll need
- Canned Tomatoes
- Heat canola spray in pan and cook onions until soft.
- Add chicken and cook until brown.
- Add carrot, recipe base, canned tomatoes and stir through.
- Simmer uncovered for 10 mins or until sauce thickens.
- Stir through olives just before serving.
- Serve with cooked pasta.
