What you'll need

  • Oil
  • Lamb
  • Onion
  • Carrots
  • Honey
  • Canned Tomatoes
  • Cous Cous

Directions

  1. Heat canola oil spray in pan and cook lamb until brown.
  2. Add lamb, onion, carrots, honey, canned tomatoes and Recipe Base into slow cooker and stir.
  3. Cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
  4. Serve with cous cous  
  5. Please note slow cookers vary.
  6. For a thicker sauce remove the lid 20 minutes before end of cooking.
