This blend of tomatoes and Chickpeas seasoned with Cumin, Cinnamon and Paprika is great for a delicious slow roast lamb.

What you'll need
- Lamb Shanks
- Tomato Paste
- Cous Cous
1. Heat canola spray in pan and cook lamb shanks until brown.
2. Place tomatoes, tomato paste, chickpeas and Recipe Base into slow cooker and stir, then add lamb shanks.
3. Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours.
4. Serve with cous cous and steamed vegetables. Please note slow cookers vary. For a thicker sauce remove the lid 20 minutes before end of cooking.
