Our Partnership with Rural Aid

The MasterFoods brand was established in Australia in 1945 and has a long history of providing Aussie’s with delicious flavours and quality products. We take pride in being able to showcase some of the home-grown produce used in our products, and to support the farmers and communities whose hard work every day, helps us bring families and friends together to connect over dinner.

Over the next two years, the MasterFoods brand will provide $200,000 to Rural Aid. An established charity, Rural Aid’s primary purpose is to provide assistance to rural Australia to help reduce poverty, illness and distress or significant/unusual disadvantage caused by acts of God (including, without limitation, droughts, floods and other natural disasters).

Rural Aid has a number of programs designed with rebuilding and repairing in mind. These include the Farm Rescue and Weekend Warriors programs, as well as the Farm Army job board where farmers can find help that they need.

“Rural Aid is excited to be working with the MasterFoods brand and grateful for the financial support for the next two years. This partnership means we’ll be able to expand our rural support programs to make the lives of those in the bush more comfortable in times of natural disaster but also lift living standards. The commitment of MasterFoods to increase their support of Australian farmers is one all Australians will embrace and we hope to develop a much longer term partnership.”
