Chilli Con Carne

What You'll Need
  • Canola Oil Spray
  • 500 g lean Beef Mince
  • 1 MasterFoods Chilli Con Carne Recipe Base
  • 400 g can Kidney Beans, drained
  • 400 g can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Paste (20 g)
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 cup dry rice

How To Cook
  1. 1. Cook rice according to packet instructions.
  2. 2. Heat canola spray in pan and cook beef mince until brown. Add the Recipe Base and stir through.
  3. 3. Add kidney beans, diced tomatoes, tomato paste and water and stir through.
  4. 4. Bring to the boil and then allow to simmer for 15 mins, or until liquid thickens.
  5. 5. Serve Chilli Con Carne with rice.
  6. For something different...
  7. Serve with grated cheese and sour cream. For tasty nachos add corn chips and guacamole.
