Chinese Szechuan Chicken Stir-Fry:
1. Coat 500g sliced chicken breast with 1 tbsp seasoning.
2. Cook chicken in lightly oiled pan until browned.
3. Add 3 cups of vegetables, stir-fry for 5 minutes.
4. Serve with rice.
