The makers of MasterFoods have created this irresistibly smooth and creamy Hollandaise sauce by expertly combining butter and eggs with a dash of vinegar. Delicious poured over grilled salmon or poached eggs for Eggs Benedict.
Microwave:Cut- Cut corner where indicated. Heat- Place pouch in microwave and heat for 40 seconds (1000W (For different powered microwaves, adjust heating time according to manufacturers instructions)). Serve- Use heat-free handle to remove from microwave and serve. Take care as sauce will be hot. Stove Top:Pour sauce into a small saucepan, stirring until warm. Do not boil.
Cut before heating.Microwave 40 secs and serve!
Refrigerate after opening. Use within 3 days.
