Chicken Drumstick and Vegetable Tray Bake

How To Cook
  1. 1. Bring a medium sized pot of water to a boil. Add the potatoes and cook for 10 minutes. Drain in a colander and allow to dry out for a few minutes.
  2. 2. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
  3. 3. Place the chicken drumsticks on an oven tray. Sprinkle the whole sachet of MasterFoods™ Perfect For Chicken Spice Blend over the top. Toss well.
  4. 4. Add the potatoes and the red onion. Drizzle these with a little olive oil, spread everything evenly out on the tray and in the oven to roast for 25 minutes.
  5. 5. Toss the zucchini and tomatoes in a little olive oil and then add to the tray. Cook for a further 20-25 minutes until the chicken is golden and cooked through. Serve family style directly from the tray.
