Ingredients
  • 4 Naan or Flatbreads
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup chopped Bacon or Prosciutto
  • 1/2 cup chopped Cherry Tomatoes (or sun-dried)
  • 2 tbsp MasterFoods Steak Seasoning

Method
  1. Place the flatbreads (or naan) on a flat baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
  2. Brush each flatbread (or Naan) with the olive oil, and place 1/4 of the bacon and tomatoes on top.
  3. Crack an egg on top and sprinkle each with 1/4 of the MasterFoods Steak Seasoning powder.
  4. Place the trays in an oven set to 180° for 10 minutes.
  5. Serve wth MasterFoods Chutneys, Sauces or Pickles.
