4 Naan or Flatbreads

2 tbsp Olive Oil

4 eggs

1 cup chopped Bacon or Prosciutto

1/2 cup chopped Cherry Tomatoes (or sun-dried)

2 tbsp MasterFoods Steak Seasoning
Method

Place the flatbreads (or naan) on a flat baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.

Brush each flatbread (or Naan) with the olive oil, and place 1/4 of the bacon and tomatoes on top.

Crack an egg on top and sprinkle each with 1/4 of the MasterFoods Steak Seasoning powder.

Place the trays in an oven set to 180° for 10 minutes.

Serve wth MasterFoods Chutneys, Sauces or Pickles.
