Easy Wrap & Roll Vietnamese Prawn Spring Rolls

  • 2 cups (400 g) cooked prawns
  • 1 packet (250 g) vermicelli rice noodles (cooked)
  • 1 cup (150 g) carrot sticks
  • 2 cups (170 g) coriander
  • 1 cup (75 g) shredded lettuce
  • 1 handful green shallot sticks
  • 1 jar MasterFoods™ Tartare Sauce

  1. On a platter place freshly peeled prawns, rice noodles, sliced sticks of carrot, sprigs of coriander, and chopped lettuce.
  2. Mix the MasterFoods™ Tartare Sauce with chopped coriander.
  3. Prepare a bowl of water and rice paper and serve to make at the table. Dip the Rice Paper in the Water, and place on your plate.
  4. Place a few prawns, rice noodle, lettuce, shallot, carrot, and coriander on some rice paper. Roll up and dip in the MasterFoods™ Tartare Sauce.
