Garlic Prawns and Lemon Couscous

Ingredients

16 peeled Green Prawns

1 tbsp Olive Oil

2 tbsp MasterFoods Crushed Garlic

1/4 tsp Salt

2 cups (360g) Couscous
-
3 cups (750ml, 24 fl oz) Hot Water

2 Lemons
-
Chopped Spring Onions to serve.
Method

Soak the couscous in the water to al dente.

Pan fry the prawns in the olive oil, salt and the MasterFoods Crushed Garlic.

Stir the prawns through the couscous.

Grate the rinds of the lemons on top and squeeze the juice on top too.

Stir through one more time.

Serve in a big bowl or individual ramekins with the chopped spring onions sprinkled on top.
