Ingredients
  • 4 cups of microwaved or precooked rice (white, brown or quinoa)
  • 2 tbsp MasterFoods Moroccan Seasoning
  • 1 cup frozen carrots
  • 1 cup sliced red peppers
  • 1 cup mixed nuts (toasted flaked almonds, pine nuts or peanuts)
  • 1/2 cup currants or sultanas (optional)
  • tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp water
  • MasterFoods Parsley to serve

Method
  1. Mix all ingredients together and panfry till warm.
  2. Serve in bowls with your protein of choice or enjoy vegetarian. You can add any extra vegetables you have.
  3. Sprinkle with MasterFoods Parsley.
