Quick Salmon Pie

  • 2 cups (270 g) cooked salmon
  • 1 cup (100 g) chopped potatoes
  • 2 cups (60 g) spinach leaves
  • 1 jar (260 g) MasterFoods™ Seafood Cocktail Sauce
  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 2 Tbsp melted butter
  • MasterFoods™ Parsley
  • Fresh leaves to serve

  1. In a bowl, toss together the salmon, potatoes, spinach, and the MasterFoods™ Seafood Cocktail Sauce.
  2. Lay out a sheet of puff pastry and place down the seafood mix.
  3. Place another sheet on top and roll up the edges.
  4. Place on a baking tray upside down so the seal is on the bottom.
  5. Brush with butter and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
  6. When cooked sprinkle MasterFoods™ Parsley on top and place some fresh leaves. Serve sliced, hot or cold for a quick summer lunch or dinner, with a salad of sliced cucumbers, tomatoes and onions, tossed through white vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Have MasterFoods™ Seafood Sauce on the side.
