In a bowl, toss together the salmon, potatoes, spinach, and the MasterFoods™ Seafood Cocktail Sauce.
Lay out a sheet of puff pastry and place down the seafood mix.
Place another sheet on top and roll up the edges.
Place on a baking tray upside down so the seal is on the bottom.
Brush with butter and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
When cooked sprinkle MasterFoods™ Parsley on top and place some fresh leaves. Serve sliced, hot or cold for a quick summer lunch or dinner, with a salad of sliced cucumbers, tomatoes and onions, tossed through white vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Have MasterFoods™ Seafood Sauce on the side.
