Roasted Garlic Yoghurt Potato Wedges
4 large potatoes
1 tbsp MasterFoods Moroccan Seasoning
1 cup yoghurt
1 tbsp MasterFoods Garlic Powder
2 tbsp olive oil
Mix the yoghurt with the MasterFoods Moroccan Seasoning, yoghurt and MasterFoods Garlic Powder.
In a bowl toss the potato wedges with the yoghurt.
On a flat baking tray covered in greaseproof paper, lay out the wedges and drizzle with the oil.
Bake in an oven at 200°C for 15 minutes or until crispy and browned. Can be served with MasterFoods Barbecue and Smokey Barbecue sauce.
