Ingredients
  • 4 1-inch thick Porterhouse, New York cut or Sirloin Steaks
  • 2 tbsp MasterFoods Smokey Barbecue Sauce
  • 8 slices sourdough toast
  • 8 small lettuce leaves or rocket
  • 1 cup (155g) pickles
  • 1 cup (150g) sliced onions
  • MasterFoods Tomato Sauce to serve
  • MasterFoods American Mustard to serve

Method
  1. Brush the steaks with MasterFoods Smokey Barbecue Sauce and grill to medium rare.
  2. Toast the bread.
  3. Serve on toasted sourdough with the lettuce, pickles, sliced onions and MasterFoods Tomato Sauce and MasterFoods American Mustard.
