Ingredients
  • 4 Hard Boiled Boiled Eggs
  • 2 cups (220g) chopped Cooked Bacon
  • 4 cups (900g) Spinach
  • 1/2 cup (75g) Toasted Nuts (Pine Nut, Walnut, or Almond)
  • 1/2 cup (125ml, 4 fl oz) Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp MasterFoods American Mustard
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice

Method
  1. In a jar or bowl, mix the olive oil with the MasterFoods American Mustard, and the lemon juice and stir till mixed.
  2. Slice the eggs.
  3. In a salad bowl put down the spinach, then the cooked bacon, the sliced eggs, and then the toasted nuts.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over and serve.
