Turmeric Salmon Bowls with Garlic Yoghurt and Rice

Ingredients

4 salmon fillets

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp MasterFoods Turmeric Powder

2 tbsp MasterFoods Garlic Powder

1 tsp MasterFoods Onion Powder

4 cups Spinach (cooked)

4 cups microwave or pre-cooked rice

1 cup Yoghurt
-
1 tbsp MasterFoods Garlic Powder

1/2 tsp cracked pepper

¼ tsp salt
Method

Coat the salmon with the oil and place on a hot chargrill plate.

Sprinkle the fillets with a mix of the MasterFoods Turmeric, Garlic and 1 tbsp Onion powder.

Chargrill the salmon on both sides till cooked through.

Cut into 1 inch strips. Mix the yoghurt with the remaining (1tbsp) MasterFoods Garlic Powder, pepper and salt.

In a bowl place in sections the rice, spinach, salmon and yoghurt.

Serve with flatbreads and MasterFoods Mango Chutney
