How do I know if your products have allergens in them like gluten, nuts, or dairy?
We know everyone has different dietary requirements and to give our consumers peace of mind that our products are suitable and safe for them to eat, we go to great lengths to ensure that we identify allergens clearly on our products.
The way we do this is in accordance with the Australia and New Zealand Food Standards Code. We bold our allergens in the ingredients list.
We are introducing a contains summary statement to make the allergens more identifiable for the consumer and we also include a precautionary allergen statement indicating potential allergen on the line, to ensure the consumer can make an informed decision. Both of these are best practices outlined by the Australian Food and Grocery Council.
