Ingredients
  • Canola Oil Spray
  • 500 g Lean Chicken Breast, diced
  • 2 tbsp No Added Salt Tomato Paste (40 g)
  • 1/2 cup Light Thickened Cream (125 mL)
  • 1 MasterFoods™ Butter Chicken Recipe Base
  • 1 cup dry Brown Rice

Method
  1. Heat oil in pan and cook chicken until brown.
  2. Stir in tomato paste, light cream and Recipe Base
  3. Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, cook rice to serve with your MasterFoods™ Butter Chicken.
  5. Try adding 400 g green beans in the last 5 minutes of cooking.
