500 g Lean Chicken Breast, diced

2 tbsp No Added Salt Tomato Paste (40 g)

1/2 cup Light Thickened Cream (125 mL)

1 cup dry Brown Rice
Method

Heat oil in pan and cook chicken until brown.

Stir in tomato paste, light cream and Recipe Base

Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook rice to serve with your MasterFoods™ Butter Chicken.

Try adding 400 g green beans in the last 5 minutes of cooking.
