How do you minimise cross contamination of allergens in the Manufacturing Plant?

Managing allergens and minimising their impact within our manufacturing plant is critical in maintaining the safety of all Mars Food Products. A number of management systems are in place to control allergens, including Recipe DevelopmentProduct Scheduling and Supplier Assurance. In addition, all Operations Technicians are trained to identify and safely manage allergens including routine allergen clean down procedures of all manufacturing equipment.
