150 g dry Macaroni Pasta
150 g Cauliflower
1 MasterFoods™ Cauliflower Mac & Cheese Cooking Sauce
1/2 cup Light Cheese (65 g), grated
How to make:
1. Preheat oven to 180 °C (Conventional).
2. Cook dry pasta according to pack instructions. Cut cauliflower into small bite sized pieces.
3. Combine cooked pasta, cauliflower and Cooking Sauce in a 28 x 18 cm baking dish.
4. Sprinkle grated cheese over the top, cover and bake for 20 minutes.
5. Remove cover and bake for a further 20 minutes or until golden on top.
6. Serve your MasterFoods™ Cauliflower Mac & Cheese with a side salad.
