What You'll Need:
500 g lean Chicken Thighs 1 large Red Capsicum (300 g), deseeded and sliced 1 MasterFoods™ Oven Bake Honey BBQ Chicken Cooking Sauce 1 cup dry Rice
How to make:
1. Preheat oven to 180 °C (Conventional).
2. Place chicken thighs in a 30 x 40 cm ovenproof dish. Add capsicum and cover with Cooking Sauce.
3. Bake for 50 - 60 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
4. Meanwhile cook rice and serve with your MasterFoods™ Honey BBQ Chicken.
