Peri Peri Chicken & Rice
Serves 2-4
WHAT YOU’LL NEED • 500 g lean Chicken breast • Canola Oil • 1 tbsp MasterFoods™ My Muscle Chef Peri Peri Spice Blend, plus additional for sprinkling • 200 g Green Beans, trimmed • 1 cup dry brown Rice
HOW TO COOK:
1. Preheat an oven to 200°C. Lay the chicken breast on a baking tray and spray or drizzle lightly with canola oil.
2. Coat chicken with MasterFoods™ My Muscle Chef Peri Peri Spice Blend and roast in the oven for 25 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, cook the rice and steam the green beans. Once done, transfer chicken to a tray or plate and let rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing. 4. Arrange cooked rice and green beans in a bowl and serve cooked chicken alongside, sprinkling with additional spice blend if desired.
