What You'll Need​ Canola Oil Spray, 500 g Lean Beef (diced), 200 g Mushrooms (sliced), 2 Carrots (200 g), (diced), 2 tbsp No Added Salt Tomato Paste (70 g), 1/2 cup Red Wine (125 mL), 1 MasterFoods™ Beef & Red Wine Casserole Recipe Base, 300 g Green Beans, trimmed & steamed

How to make ​​​​​​​
1. Heat oil in pan over medium heat, add beef and cook until browned.
2. Add mushrooms and continue cooking until soft.
3. Place beef, veggies, tomato paste, red wine and Recipe Base into a slow cooker and stir to combine.
4. Cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
5. Serve your MasterFoods™ Beef & Red Wine Casserole with steamed green beans. Please note slow cookers vary. Recipe is based on using a 3 litre slow cooker. Don't Have a Slow Cooker? Preheat oven to 180 °C (Conventional). Follow steps 1-3, swapping out the slow cooker for a medium sized oven dish. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake uncovered for the last 10 minutes.
