        Preparation: 10 mins | Cook: 15 mins | Serves: 4.
 
What You'll Need:
• 200 g dry Rice
• 1 tbsp Canola Oil
• 500 g lean Chicken Breast, diced
• MasterFoods™ Chipotle Chicken Meal Starter
• 420 g can No added salt Kidney Beans, rinsed and drained
• 420 g can No added salt Corn Kernels, rinsed and drained
• ¼ cup (70 g) low fat Greek Yoghurt
How to make:
1. Cook rice according to on-pack instructions.
2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook chicken until browned.
3. Add in Meal Starter, kidney beans and corn kernels, then stir to combine. Let simmer for 2 minutes. 4. Transfer to a serving bowl and dollop yoghurt on top.
5. Serve your MasterFoods™ Chipotle Chicken with cooked rice.
Other options: • Turn it up a notch by sprinkling MasterFoods™ chilli flakes on top • For added protein dollop more low fat Greek yoghurt on top • For a lighter option swap rice for salad leaves
