What You'll Need:
Canola Oil Spray
500 g lean Chicken Breast, sliced
200 g Mushrooms, sliced
1 MasterFoods™ Creamy Chicken & Mushroom Cooking Sauce
1 cup dry Rice
How to make:
1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan on medium heat, add chicken and cook until browned.
2. Add mushrooms and Cooking Sauce to pan. Stir through and simmer for 5 minutes or until cooked through.
3. Meanwhile cook 1 cup of dry rice to serve with your MasterFoods™ Creamy Chicken and Mushroom.
