Avocado Smash with Feta and Radish
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
• 1 ripe avocado
• MasterFoods™ Café Style Avocado Smash
• 2 large slices toasted sourdough.
• 50g feta
• 1 radish – thinly very sliced
HOW TO COOK
1. Scoop the flesh of the avocado into a bowl. Add the MasterFoods™ Café Style Avocado Smash blend. Use a fork to roughly mash. Do not mix until completely smooth – some chunks are good.
2. Toast the sourdough. Spoon the smashed avocado on top of each piece.
3. Sprinkle generously with additional Café Style Avocado Smash seasoning. Top with radish slices and crumbled feta cheese.
